Interim Services

JAK provides interim behavioral health leadership that delivers stability, continuity, and immediate impact during periods of transition or crisis. Our seasoned leaders bring deep industry expertise to bridge critical leadership gaps, stabilize operations, and position organizations for sustained success. With JAK, clients gain more than interim coverage—they gain a catalyst for meaningful change and lasting improvement.

Most engagements occur within inpatient acute care hospital settings, with additional support provided across outpatient clinics, community-based programs, and residential treatment centers. Interim roles commonly include Nurse Manager, Director of Nursing (DON), Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and other key leadership positions.

JAK partners closely with each organization to identify and deploy the right leader for the engagement. Assignments are tailored to specific objectives and deliverables, typically averaging four months, with flexibility to extend based on evolving needs and organizational priorities.
